These terms govern your use of the QuoteCat app ("the App").
Use of the App. You use the App at your own risk. The App is provided "as is."
Availability. We do not guarantee that the App or any feature will remain available indefinitely. We may discontinue the App or change features with reasonable notice where possible. You are not entitled to ongoing updates or support beyond what we choose to provide.
No warranty. The App is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App.
In-app purchases and refunds. The App offers optional purchases (e.g. premium unlock). These are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are subject to the respective policies of Apple or Google and must be requested directly from them.
Intellectual property. The design, code, and branding of the App are our property. Content you create within the App (e.g. quotes) belongs to you.
Governing law. Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
